Milestone time!
Firstly, I'm going to honor the passing of
@Eric (I know you're lurking Maria!).
Eric started BOTL and ran it for many years in a way that showed how much he truly loved this community that he created. Just over two years ago
@mthhurley posted to let us know that the unthinkable happened.
I don't want us to ever forget where BOTL started and the man who started it!
A year ago a call went out for someone to take on BOTL. I have some familiarity with xenforo (the underlying system) and I enjoy this kind of thing so I raised my hand.
Thankfully Maria was comfortable with this and off we went.
In the intervening timeframe - I really haven't been able to do much. My house has been a renovation hell for the last 18 months (we moved out of state and the new house was severely outdated).
So, let's celebrate our one year of rebirth.
Maria kindly sent me some old BOTL swag (glasses and the like). I will be coming up with some fun...
