I don't think there's any news here -- no major changes from earlier this year, right?
Not worth it to me. Trips are $3k+ for a week according to the article, whereas my wife and I went to Vietnam for vacation for less than $5k including flights and spent 10 days there. Hard to justify the cost of Cuba for me. (But that's just me.)

I laughed at that myself. I've heard nothing but good things about visiting; hopefully prices will drop as travel restrictions are loosened further.
