No kidding. At $400 it might have been a Christmas splurge for me but at this level I'll buy something else.I've seen a couple vendors in the $520 area. These will sit around a long time at those prices.
And Cohiba does not?RA and the HdMs... traditionally good blends.
Not a fan of Cohiba at all.... tastes like blended wet grass. And Cohiba does not?

PM sent... can't pass up trying aged habanos and expanding my horizons.Even well aged Cohibas taste that way to you?
This is just... sad. :sadstare:
I might agree that Cohibas tend to need more age than other marcas... and can certainly have a hay taste in their youth - and I definitely always note that "barnyard" earthiness... but I think, if given enough time, they refine into a better balanced stick - with a lot of flavors left - than any other marca.
Tell you what... I have some Sig III from 2006 due to arrive shortly. PM your addy?

Well said Jim!
You need to smoke some Cohiba with age, try something with 7-8 years and you will start to see what Cohiba is alla bout. Not a fan of Cohiba at all.... tastes like blended wet grass.
The idea of this just made my mouth water and wallet explode. I've had exactly one Siglo VI and it changed my life. It had a small ammount of plume and I have no idea of the age.You need to smoke some Cohiba with age, try something with 7-8 years and you will start to see what Cohiba is alla bout.
This marca should be aged.
