Elo 1 & 3??

How are the ELO 1 & 3s coming around? I was thinking about pulling one out to try here this weekend.

They still taste green to me Danilo. The last east coast I had was very
smooth, rich, refined, and had a "cake" flavor to it. I couldn't believe
how good it was! The Elo's are straight power to me right now. I think
i've smoked one in the last 4-5 weeks.

I have not had an East or West in probably over a year. That being said, I bought a bundle of each of the EL01 and EL03. I have tried two from each bundle, one when they first came out and another a couple of weeks ago. IMO, these are not like the E or W I have smoked, yet. I hope they get there as I really enjoyed both the E and W. I'll try and reach in to try again in a couple of months. These are still powerhouses and lack the flavor profile I enjoy.

I still feel they need some down time to them. I have been smoking one about once a month. The last one was still a bit to green for me but thoes are my taste buds and not yours. I have another bundle of ELO1's I'm gonna try and keep stored for another 6 months atleast.
As far as which one is better...well there both really good.

You have to remember that it is not the same cigar... The tobacco used for it is different, and it is much younger than any east/west you have smoked. It will be a long while before the ELO 1/3 turn into what you get out of E/W and it will still be different in the long run, even if it is the same blend.

the elo 1s and 3s are smoking just fine. had one a couple weeks ago. had a couple or westies in the past few nights. those are smoking great right now.
