I'm just now learning that a mild to medium bodied cigar can be quite enjoyable. I have always been a full bodied cigar guy but I think the milder cigars I've tried were just crappy sticks. I tried a CAO Gold churchill a few days ago and was sold. Any of you fellas have a sugestion based on the above?

quesada selección de espana if you can find 'em. not an everyday smoke simply because it's not widely available. but definitely worth getting a box.

262 Ideology & HC Series Connecticut both have some flavor and lean towards mild. I have another really good one but my mind has failed me. If I find it I will get back to you.

Awesome I'm making a 'grocery' list for these smokes. Kinda off topic sorry for the spelling in some of my post I mainly post from my blackberry and I have banana fingers!

Tatuaje Cabaiguan natural not "Guapos" (a bit stronger)
Tobacco Baez by Don Pepin Garcia
Perdomo ESV (a bit stronger, definitely some pepper especially on the intro, but fantastic)
Perdomo Champagne
CAO Black (online only)
EPC New Wave
La Aurora 1495 (different, but lots of flavor and no pepper/spiciness)

For a non Connecticut-shade but still mild-medium cigar, check out the Epernay line by Illusione ... just fantastic!

Also, if you happen to find the Illusione Singulare Phantom, BUY THEM! Amazing cigars, one of the most flavorful milder cigars I've ever had (better than the Cohiba Behike, imvho). Seriously, frakin' awesome. One of my favorite LEs from 2010.

If you're ever tempted by the dark side (i.e. from an island south of Miami), the Hoyo de Monterrey line is excellent. The Epicure #1 or #2 would be right up your alley!

The San Cristobal Elegancia is very good. Also the EPC New Wave and the 601 Black. A more hard to find treat is the Viaje White Label Claro... It is flat amazing.

+1
Don't agree on the Illusione-Behike thing , but again thats your illusion :hysterica .
Cabaiguan Guapos allways comes to mind with mild-medium NCs .

If you happen to start liking the depth of flavors in mild-medium after the full body trend ( like I did ),
I say just move your ass to the ISOM !! :guitar:

I am usually a Full Flavor smoker myself, but recently I have had two of the best cigars. I tried a Davidoff "R" and a Millennium. Both were unbelievably smooth and creamy. I suggest anyone who has not should try them.

+1 on the AB American. One of my favorite mild smokes to have around for guests. Box sets you back around $100. Light, nutty, with plenty of cedar and a little creaminess, it's not a super complex cigar, but it's smooth, pleasant and priced right!

Well the shop didn't quite have the selection I was expecting but he did carry some nice smokes. So I didn't get to pick up any of the ones that were mentioned though I am going to try them I ended up getting a few Carlos Torano Exodus 1959s and some Perdomo lot #23s

Thumbs up on the Lot 23's!

I am also a fan of the La Aroma de Cuba E.E. and the Joya de Nicaragua Cabinetta...
