More or less a time killing thread.

But as the title states, what's the weirdest thing you tasted in a cigar?

For me, it happened last week. I was smoking a Tatuaje Havana VI Angeles, when all of a sudden i tasted salty veggie soup. There was no mistaking what I tasted either. I was not eating anything and was only drinking water. Not sure if this cigar came in contact with something or what since I have smoked a few red labels and have yet to taste anything close to this flavor.

It would be interesting to see if there are any other weird tastes you folks have picked up

Funny stuff.

I remember being shocked when I tasted cashew when smoking a perdomo squared a few years ago.

A few other flavors that were surprising in other cigars
Cinnamon
Marshmallow
Roasted Brussell Sprouts(or really any roasted green vegetable - makes sense right, your lighting fire to essentially an originally green leaf)....

Count Chocula Cereal,....or Cocoa Crispies. Not too weird but tasted delicious,...and I hate eating cereal. Also tamari or soy sauce- I get those flavors in some Viajes

I know one crazy old guy who says he tastes green pepper!
Ive actually heard this a few times....cant remember what cigar it was but I wanna say it may have been a LADC Mi Amor.

Weirdest flavors I've ever gotten were rum while smoking I think it was a T52 and also Root beer while smoking a Viaje VPR
