The best samplers all depends on what you are looking for/want to try. The biggest thing is how much you want to spend. without any guidelines the possibilities are endless but i do like NHC line samplers they offer. Famous and CI will sometimes offer good deals on Pepin stuff.

Better than a sampler, I'd go down to a local b&m, contact one of our sponsors, or call one of the solid oline retailers and work with the staff to get a 10pk of singles... With them all being different.

Something along the lines of:
Fuente Work Of Art Maduro
Diamond Crown
Tatuaje 7th Capa
La Casita Criolla
Tatuaje PCR
Davidoff (ie Puro d' oro)
La Flor Dominicana
Etc...

Try to get a range of countries (Dominican, Nicaraguan, Honduran, etc.) and a range of wrappers (Connecticut Broadleaf, Sumatra, Cameroon, Natural, Maduro, etc.).

That is what I would recommend if you are hunting for what profiles of cigars you like.

If you need help on it, I'd offer to work with my local to get something put together. Probably around $100 plus tax and shipping.

Just my $0.02, I would check out single-brand samplers like the Tat samplers at NHC. Basically, look for samplers that let you try out a bunch of good cigars, even if they are not a "deal," instead of going for a random grab bag that contains a couple good cigars and a bunch of junk.

Thankd for the feedback. That's the thing I'm not looking for anything particular. I just wanna try new cigars. As far as price goes it really doesn't matter as long as its not over a couple hundred dollars.

We have around 40 different samplers on our site at any one time and add new ones to the list weekly. Feel free to check it out, Cigarking.com.

You might also consider putting up an ISO here. List some of the sticks or brands you're looking for, and ask if anything can come up with a custom sampler for you.

Try the noobie sampler thread under the introductions forum. Someone will get a sampler to you. Can do money or sticks.
