It's their site and their label. I'm pretty sure that the site itself, as well as the details of the label say all rights reserved.

That being said, I think what you've done is pretty cool, I'm just not so sure that Oliva and their lawyers would agree if they found out. Just warning a brother.

Just to add to the discussion. The image he used is not the background on their site, but one they have available for download. I think what he is doing with it is exactly what they intended the image to be used for.

I'd have to think (beware of uneducated legal advice) that as long as he's not selling it/making a profit off the skin, they'd welcome the free advertising.

If you're trying to commercialize it, that could be a whole other story.

Well there we go. If it's available for public download with no watermarks or R stickers then he "should" be good to go.

I wasn't trying to act as his attorney, I'd just really hate for a fellow BOTL to get mixed up in legal shizzle over his passion for his lifestyle, that's all. :cbig:

That is correct, I am not selling it, it was somthing I did in my free time today just to share....

But yes the image is available on Oliva's site in the "Downloads" or "media" section. It is for download to use as your PC wallpaper..

I appreciate the concern double rr.

I agree with Brent and besides that is pimp...I'm gonna change my browser background :thumbsup:. Would be kinda cool to see a DPG or a Liga Privada one...just sayin' :dunno:
