@Ckay - We did not know if we would even have enough to offer to the VIP, further more extend the offer to BOTL.

It's tough to gauge these things, and its impossible to make everyone happy. We do our best.

So much for in-store only. If I had known, I would've saved my $20 for entry to the event I wasn't even able to go to and not paid sales tax.
Thing is you never know, though with 150 boxes, thats a pretty good number. Larger events usually have 50-60 people so if each person bought a box, you still have 90-100 boxes left. Again, you never know though. Atlantic opened the boxes up to their VIP members first then to the public. Its kind of luck of the draw that there are still boxes left. Viaje in general does't have the followers that Tatuaje has for example so if it were a tatuaje event, and they had an LE which was store specific i.e. Pork Tenderloin, they'd sell out though a lot of those were phone orders. I think Atlantic did a good job in having the smokes available to the people at the event first, then to their VIP's, then to the public. this way its a lot more controllable for them and the don't get inundated with calls all on one day or have their site crash etc. G1

I think Atlantic handled it very well.

Viaje is such a small production product its virtualy impossible to determin what will sell at any givin event. 150 boxes is not alot in some cases, you cant even begin to geuss if they will all sell at an event.

The fact that atlantic stated 1 box per customer for the event shows that they were thinking about all of there customers. They could have said "come and get em boys" and we who could not make the event might be left without nothing.

I know of some brothers here who would have left that event with more than 3 boxes each.

Great job Atlantic on the way you shared the cigars with all.

Heres to more exclusives from your shop.

I can't believe that they're still in stock. There must not be enough people who know yet.

There are still Koas available as well, and that cigar is crazy good. How many Koas were made?
100 boxes of 25. Even after out-of-state and event sales, I think Marvin still had like 30 boxes.
