Thought about it for a couple weeks. The H Upmann Noella E gifted me. Absolutely fantastic. Had a few close others. Don't think one was a NC though.... Tough year for them with me for impressing me. More flavor less power please.

A lot of people have mentioned Quesada Espana as their favorite this year....just an FYI, Jack Schwartz has boxes of three different sizes in stock. I ordered the coronas today - only $130 plus shipping. I was surprised they weren't more.

I hate to say it because its a brand I represent and I dont want it to look like Im just doing some marketing here but I can honestly say the El Primer Mundo Epifania is the best 2011 release for me. Willy Herrera is making some phenomenal cigars and the Epifania had everything I look for in a cigar. Medium-full body, full flavor, spicy and complex.

Unfortunately nowhere on the west coast and the Epi isnt available online, your best bet would be checking the EPM website and calling a retailer to see if they ship. I know Twins in NH ships and had them in stock last time I was there.

Might be cool, actually to hear from people that are affiliated with companies on this. I'd love to know what people thought the best of their brand was this year, as well as who they'd pick if their own cigars weren't in the running.

My hands down favorite this year was the Tat Black PL.

My other favorite releases of the year have been the la verite robusto and possibly the first ELO 1 that I'm smoking right now.
