Begin buying 5ers instead of samplers
Get some higher quality/high rate smokes so I can begin trading/bombing
Find a brother down here who also smokes cigars and share good times.

Oh man lets see list is about the same as last year.

1. Get to those sticks on my "want to try" list
2. Focus on buying and aging cigars.
3. Do reviews for the site.
4. Get out to a couple herf's and meet some members face to face.

1. Start smoking the "last one" of whatever it is that's been lingering in the bottom of my humi.
2. Notwithstanding #1, stop smoking the stuff I'm trying to age.

I see a lot of you are trying to work on aging cigars. I'm in that boat too, especially with Habanos.

Whenever I consider smoking something young, I try to think about the fact that whatever NC I'm considering smoking might not improve much if it sits longer, whereas there is always a good reason to delay smoking those young Habanos. Even so, there are some I'm having a tough time resisting, like the '08 Mag 46 and the '10 RASS.

1. Sell off all the stuff I wanted to like but don't.

2. Buy more of what I love instead of cheaper stuff that I want to like because it's cheaper since it just sits around and costs me more in the long run.

3. Cut down to my 400 stick vinodor.

4. Work on my project 3000 stick humidor, then fill it up with GOOD shit only.

5. Get out and see more people from the boards.

attend some out of town HERFs and meet some new people

buy/trade for a 90s cohiba/RA.

bomb randomly

What are your cigar new year's resolutions?????

Hmmm....
Quit smoking cigs and be strictly cigars
Stop buying 250-300 count humi's and just man up and convert a curio cabinet to a 3-4k humi
Convert the wife into a 'gar smokin wench
Cancel my C-Bid account so I dont wake up in the middle of the night wondering what auctions I may have won if I had bid on them
Stop selling personal possessions to afford boxes of cigars

Im sure theres more, but the season finale of AHS is on...gotta go

1.) Smoke more. Same as last year and probably the same as 2013 too. Probably will be something I feel like I haven't done enough of every year.

2.) Do more reviews. I'd like to post one up every week, but if #1 doesn't get accomplished very well then this one probably won't either.

3.) Meet more BOTL.

4.) Attend more events. Had a handful this last year that I wanted to attend, but only made it to one.

5.) Support more local B&Ms.

6.) Join CRA. Keep telling myself I need to do this, but always seem to forget...actually, since I'm thinking about it...

My resolution is to finally purchase a whole box of cigars, and not just some samplers. There's just something to be said about the unspoken elegance of a whole box.

The secondary is to get a Xikar cutter. I've got one cheapo and one RP single-bladed guillotine. Love the RP (mainly because I love the gifter), but I need something a bit more reliable and big enough to get the job done.

And that's about it when it comes to cigars, lol.

EDIT:

AND get to a herf!
