Welcome from a former Kentuckian that moved a long ways away to... Ohio. What's a good cigar shop for me to visit the next time I'm in Louisville?
J Shepherd Cigars. It's on Bardstown Rd in the Highlands area. They carry all the goods stuff...Tats, Illusione's, E P Carillo, etc. at fair prices.
