I saw in Famous-Smoke's latest catalog they have some sizes I am unfamilliar with... One being Oliva Serie V No. 4. 5"x43. WOW! Sounds awesome. Cuban size petit corona for a Oliva V? This may be my most wanted cigar right now. Any more info on these? Famous and Serious seem to be the only ones with them listed so far.

The #4 came out early last year to the TAA shops then after the trade show in July it became a regular release cigar. It was originally slated to be released as full production only in Europe but I guess they changed their minds on that. I found it to be similar to the profile of the Lancero and really like this cigar a lot.

That's music to my ears. I have a couple and love them. I was worried they were still only a Euro only release. I thought the box I saw was a mistake of some sort that shouldn't have ended up at the B&M.

Awesome! I like the size better than the others in the line. Really glad to hear that these will be easier to come by than originally suspected. I know Outlaw (in KC) had them when they first came out, but I don't remember seeing them when I was there this last weekend...wasn't specifically looking for them though.

It actually hasn't become a full production cigar yet. Quantity is still limited. Over the course of this year, it should start becoming more and more available, along with the Oliva Serie V Miami

EDIT: And I'm sitting on two boxes of them, They're awesome smokes

I've been back and forth on picking some up but I kind of told myself that I am restricting myself a bit better on new purchases.

Haven't had one, but sounds like a great cigar. I love the V line, and the lancero too, and I love petite coronas! Win-win-win for me!

Too bad my wife just gave me "the talk" about the problematic size of my cigar collection (the term she used was "insane" and she didn't mean it in the fun way), lol.

One of my favorites in V line. Great quick smoke. In flavor department, as one would expect from Serie V, we are talking spice, woodiness, and nuttiness mixed with some chocolaty hints. From ash/burn perspective, more accolades. Light grey ash with relatively sharp burn line. Some photography on my blog, if you guys are interested.

Bought a box late last year when Cigar King had a sale on 'em. My favorite size of the regular V production. Awesome stick.

smoking one right now. My shop has about half a box plus a full box. Might end up walking out with the full box when I leave.

I googled the serie v miami, and not that much came up. Is it going to be the same cigar, just rolled in miami?
