What's everyone using?
Trying to find something better than the gel that I have in my 35 bottle now.

I have 2 lbs of heartfelt beads in my edgestar 28. Have not had any problems in over a year of using them. holds at 65% and very easy to maintain.

Definitely humidity beads are the only way to go.
Either Heartfelt or HCM both work well.
I currently am using both.

2 lbs of HF in Vinotemp 28. One pound on the top and one pound on the bottom...holds steady at 65% for almost two years.

I have a pound or two of crystal Kittly Litter and is working good for a year now.

I had HF beads, but they stopped absorbing the extra RH, I threw in some KL and it fixed it right up. Now, I have a little bit of beads on the top and a tupperware dish of KL on the bottom with two computer fans on timers.

I rock the KL setup myself. Two medium media bags full on the bottom which get sprayed every month or two and another medium media bag on the top shelf to absorb any extra humidity. Rock solid at 65.

I use 2 pounds of 65% heartfelt, and a bunch of 65% bovedas in the drawers... my hygro always says 63%, which it what I like.

KL for me as well. Works great

KL for me- keeps it perfectly. In my humidor I use Boveda packs as I find it rebounds faster after opening and they take up a lot less space.
