So I succeeded in finding the new Hophenge, which was phenomenal, then had an Oakshire Ill Tempered Gnome, and brought home a growler of Alameda's Oak Aged Black Bear stout. Its been a darn good Friday.

Definately one of my favorite IPA's....let me know what you think about it my friend!
It's nice. Not super hoppy, or anywhere close to it even. I'm reminded of my 1st experience with Bells Two-Hearted when drinking it. Was expecting the typical super pine/citrus, big & bold, and this is much more subtle. Has the pine, and a good amount of floral notes, but missing the citrus a little. It's good, and worth the try, but I don't think it's worthy of being bought again IMO. Solid B i'd say. It won't be hard to finish the 6'er though, so that's a win in my book!

Now, onto a Hopworks IPA...
