I'm pretty sure you won't collect on the insurance claim since what you were shipping violated the UPS TOS. Sorry.

I figured as much. It's still pending investigation by their insurance team. I'm not holding my breath.

Glad you enjoyed the iron fist. Still working on replacing the case and getting it reshipped. I'll keep you posted.
