You just got bombed with a baitfish...not smoked it yet?
Y'know, somehow I knew this would come up, lol. I had a death in the family and haven't been able to smoke in days!!
I was going to smoke my first Cabiaguan tonight, but I just about burnt the house down cooking a couple steaks and it's so smokey in here that I dare not fish that out just yet.
Don't worry, that one fish is toast as soon as I can manage it. No way I'm gonna waste a bomber from a legend like you without giving it my full attention!!

I beg to differ.. Of course I had already caught the ISOM bug prior to buying the baitfish 5er..The problem with buying a Baitfish fiver is that you're going to long for a box..
But yes do get the baitfish.. They are a fantastic little smoke.
KC I'm still working on sampling my first ISOM, so I don't have the ability to compare them quite yet.

Baitfish for sure. I like them better than most, if not all CCs I have had. Keep in mind that's only about 6.

Baitfish and CCs? Maybe it's just me, but sounds like comparing elephants and space shuttles! Agreed they are very good though - just had another tonight.
I was just rebutting a statement said earlier about not buying more baitfish due to a CC addiction. I understand to each their own, but for me i will reach for a baitfish 9 times out of 10. Maybe thats just the cold weather speaking though, lol
