Blood Rum Reggae?
Currently I've been listening to a lot of Jon Fratelli. His solo album is fantastic and his two studio albums with his band The Fratellis are great as well.
He has an album he released under his real name Jon Lawler years before forming The Fratellis, called "Free Urban Clown" that has been described as very Bob Dylan-esque. I haven't been able to track the album down. It's a very limited release and can probably be found in the UK where Fratelli is from...
