So I kept thinking about how I needed to trim back the roses in the front yard as I do every February.

Love gardening….Working with my hands, getting a little dirty, and being able to look back on a job well done that improves the look of our home. Truly therapeutic, plus there’s usually an opportunity for a cigar :stretchgr

So this afternoon I grabbed my cutter, lighter and a Tat TAA. My daughter (who recently graduated from training wheels) is riding around while my dog chased her (and a few squirrels!) around. Nice, calm evening…Really enjoyable.

Just one of those great ‘cigar moments’.

Good stuff!

That sure is a pleasant picture that you described. I am sure you were all smiles. lucky man right there.
Thanks, man! We all need to take note of the Blessings we have.

Finances/job situation is just miserable right now....we may lose our home, but I have a wonderful family and I need to appreciate the important things.

I am very sorry to hear about those troubles. Cant imagine dealing with them but am happy to hear that you are appreciating what you do have, alot of people fail to do that. Ill be praying for those issues.

That's tough, man. It's great you have a positive outlook & can still appreciate the small things. Hang in there, bro. Keep vigorously looking and maybe it will be a blessing in disguise by finding something bigger and better. What type of industry are/were you in?

Man you Cali folk got it made. It's been colder than a snowman's nut sack the last few days and it's supposed to snow tonight. :grinFU: Glad to hear you're taking some time to enjoy things despite the rough spot .

But I love the rain, snow, and dramatic weather....I envy the weather you have! (Except the deadly stuff, of course).I'd love to live in an area that experinced the '4 seasons'. I hate it when it's 90 degrees on Christmas Day.
