I've had the Gourmet series. They are pretty good, but a bit over priced. A good medium bodied smoke.
I would agree the price point on the P.G. is high. I was lucky enough to score these at 60% off MSRP however, which is a steal.

I have been on a medium bodied stick kick now for about 6 months and this fit my profile perfectly.

Cory, I know a B&M over the border in RI who carries PG so PM me if your want the info. Or the next time I head down there Ill grab you a couple. I think they may still have some Symphony 20's from last years release. I prefer the Robusto myself but they are not inexpensive.

I could see myself smoking these daily if they were about 40% off the price. They are about $10 here for the Gourmets. Thats the only line that particualr shop carries.

I got no problem smoking them either Shawn... Especially if you like that Davidoff/Avo'ish flavor. For those who haven't tried them, If your big on them, you'll like PG.

Funny you say that, as I recommend Cory check out the AVO 85th as well the other night (also a pricey smoke but my personal fav of 2011).

I did not realize PG was being made under the Davidoff brand to be honest. Most Davidoff's are hit or miss for me. The Millenniums age fantastically, but that is one of their stronger lines. The Colorado Claro's are the ones that impressed me the most recently. Picked up a box of the short perfecto's recently after smoking an 09 Robusto with plans on letting them rest for a couple of years.

The Double R Colorado Claro was an epic smoke IMO... Of course, for that price, it better be lol.

Im with you on the heavier Davi's... Millennium & the Puro d'Oro are my faves.

Old Firehouse Smoke Shop carries these. I may pick one up there whenever I make a trip there. Where you find them at 60% off? Luck dog.

I'm in the Old firehouse at least twice a week, he may have carried these in the past but not anymore. Jacks smoke shop in Cambridge carries the complete line.
