Hi, I'm Audio and I have a cigar problem. My problem was multiple bar fridges and cooler filled with cigars. Ugly, disorganized and tough to find anything, I had to do better.

I found an unused corner of my basement, using below-grade walls which don't receive any sun. I framed it, poly'd & insulated the ever-loving hell out of it, used 5/8" G1S plywood as backing board, then 1/4" mahogany sheet for looks. The floor is 1" unglazed terra cotta tile, the lights are LED so there is NO heat output (the color temperature isn't my favorite but that's the price to pay for no heat and local availability). I used an electronic locking handle so I don't have to carry a key for access but it's off limits to everyone else. I don't care for the look of wood shelves and I'm practical above all elese so the wire shelves fit the bill perfectly. I bought the glass door and sealed it well before painting, then added the etched-look vinyl Habanoos logo for a finishing touch.

Hope you like it; I do :awholelot
EDIT- added pic of singles cubby I just finished
