So far I am liking it. The display is pretty amazing!

This is my first Apple tab so please share what your favorite apps are.

Well, I just bought the iPad 2 for my wife, does that count? LOL She's wanted one for awhile now and with 3 laptops in the house including a small 11" one, I didn't feel the need. But she really wanted it ease of use, especially with my 3 year old daughter now with our new baby here. There's tons of good kids apps and my daughter loves them on my wife's iphone. So I figured I would simply wait for the new ipad to come out, then spend that much less on the 2 as they could care less about a better screen etc! :)

I will use it obviously and having the iPhone 4 I know how nice the screen is, but not worth the upcharge to me.

I like the NYT crossword puzzle app. GoodReader for PDFs, DocsToGo for editing Word documents and PowerPoints. Pulse is a pretty good game.

No, pages is iOS version of word, and numbers is an xls program. Both run kind of spendy at $9.99. But its nothing compared to MS office prices I guess. Keep in mind it's not as robust as its Office counterparts.
But are built for iOS and fully support iCloud Documents.. not a bad purchase at all.

Posting this from my base model generation 1 iPad with the cracked screen. That's got to count for something right?

I mostly use mine for playing draw something with my wife and friends, surfing the net when I'm smoking outside, and I have a ton of electric guitar modeling apps so that I don't have to blast everyone out of the house every time I want to play. Bonus, the money I don't spend on effects pedals goes straight to the cigar budget.

I do use tapatalk, although this is the only regular haunt of mine that supports it.

I seriously doubt I'll be upgrading anytime soon. I don't need the hd screen for what I do.

Mine delivered to work yesterday and man I gotta admit I love the hell out of it. First Apple product for me. Not ready to give up my Droid but I can see now what all the fuss was about.
