I know Pit Bulls get a bad rap, due primarily to idiot gangbangers who abuse them, but this clip is worth watching if you are into canines. I don't have a Pit Bull now, but I had one years ago and he was one of the best dogs I've had.

I agree 100%. They are bred to be aggressive towards other animals, but they are manageable if you are a capable, caring owner.

I support a Pit Bull Rescue organization in the Chicago area....I don't own one, but have several friends who do. They are wonderful, loving dogs who are great with kids in my experience, if raised by the right family.

My wife and I have one and a half (he's a mix :laugh. They're great and I wouldn't trade 'em for any other breed. I see all kinds of dogs on a day to day basis and out of all of 'em they're my favorites and generally the best.

I love pit bulls, they're one of the most loyal and loving dogs when raised right IMO, it's a shame they get a bad rap because of idiot owners. I've got an English staffie who also get a bad rap, he's the best dog ever (in my biased opinion ), he doesn't have a aggressive bone in his body.

As I type this our 100lb pitbull is literally almost on my lap. He is the most loving, sweet dog I have ever had. When we take him for walks people scurry off and if other dogs walk passed they are always the ones who yelp and growl and act aggressive. He wants nothing to do with them. When there is ANY lightning or thunder he is in our bed wedged between us and shaking like a leaf in a windstorm. I am pro pitbull and anti a$$holes who shouldnt own dogs.

I love my pitbull, great dog. It is dog aggressive, but loves people.

I love pits... I've always had a Doberman, since the day I was born until now theres always been a Dobie in the house, they get a similar/bad rap like pits- junk yard/aggressive... But she's biggest goofball dog I know

Dogs are all in how they're raised... I feel like under the wrong care a Golden retriever could be raised to be just as aggressive as one of those stereotypical pits/Dobie/rots on TV
