I smoked an MK Ultra last night. It seems as if its lost the strength and
body ROTT and is a flavorful but one dimensional medium bodied cigar
with pepper through the nose.

Anyone else have a similar experience? I'm going to smoke another one
today, i hope these sticks haven't had their 'best days' already.

Smoked one a couple nights ago and thought the same thing. One dimensional. But I think that about just about all of the ligero cigars that I've smoked. Just powerful. Not really complex at all.

maybe it's like other strong drugs, and you need a bigger fix after a while? y'know, do a couple bumps of broadleaf while spamming dion to make a 7x60? o)

Still to date one of my favorite smokes. I smoke about 1 a week and they are consistently good for me. Perhaps you had a bad pairing or your palate was shot due to something you ate/drank earlier. I would say revisit and if you find the same result post em up for sale on here

I decided to join this experiment. Also, I just felt like smoking a cigar.

Initial results from my batch: strong and full of pepper in the first third.

I have smoked some over the last month or so and had a similar experience with a few of them being very one dimensional and lacking their usual greatness. I lit up one tonight and it was excellent, so I'm going to assume that few less than stellar ones were duds or that I had ruined the palate earlier in the day. It would be a shame if they were losing their thunder, but personally I still think that they have plenty of legs left in them.

I bought 5 when they first showed their face last year and out of those 5 I had 3 with serious construction issues. One had an issues I never saw before, about 1/2 an inch from the burn line a hole started to form and then burned out from there eventually meeting up with the main burn. Anyway, I didn't notice the loss of strength but the construction issues were annoying to say the least.

I've only had one MK, but can't seem to find them now. Are these discontinued? I hope not. I haven't had any of the new sizes of Ultra yet, but would definitely like to try them. Just not sure which size to go for, leaning towards the rob.

The MK Ultra was a limited run, but the rest of the Ultra line is supposedly permanent.
