With all the great cigars coming out of Nicaragua over the past few years, I really haven't bought or smoked any Havanas for quite some time.
While putting together some aged CC's for a trade with JDog, I found a box of JL #1's from '06....They looked awfully tasty :stretchgr:
I decided to toast one after finishing up the yard work today, and was pleasantly surprised....
Graham crackers, earth, and a touch of pepper all combining to create a great flavor profile. If memory serves, the #2's are a bit stronger, but this was a nice light to medium smoke that was really nice.
Kinda forgot how delicate the Cuban wrappers are, and I sorta destroyed the cap while clipping....DOH! :disappoin
However, it ddin't unravel, and burned nicely...Did go out a couple times, but the overall construction was good.
Nice smoke!
