I never had any of the New Havana blends such as their Seleccion Limitada or the Surrogates.

Are they both Tatuaje blends? Anyone have any tasting notes? I'm thinking of picking up a sampler.

Thanks!

The Nhc is a tat brown label blend in a lonsdale size and they are smoking great. Recommend both the regular and reserva!

The Surrogates are full-bodied, potent, and filled with spicy and peppery flavors. They're wonderful. And yes, I do believe they come from the makers of Tatuaje.

The Surrogates are coming along pretty good right now. I just smoked a Skull Breaker.
None of the bite that I experienced initially was there.

Without getting too far into the weeds, if you're thinking of picking up samplers of the stuff you mentioned, do it. All of them.

The Surrogates are fantastic, definitely worth a try!

Buy that big sampler NHC has right now, you can give them all a try and decide for yourself. I think you're going to be very happy with them though.

Even if not a big pepper fan. I had a blue label Series JJ last night and had to put it down about half way through. It was nothing but pepper on my palate.

I don't think they have the pepper that a blue label has, but it definitely has power. I would give them a try before jumping on a box though.

The first part had some pepper on it, but it faded fairly quickly and became quite smooth by the start of the 2/3.
