They ship UPS Ground. Miami to AZ is 5 business days. Not Monday but they will get there.

seriously, you have to ask? unless you scored multiples, you OPEN IMMEDIATELY. stash most, but you have to burn one. it is a moral imperative. also my pasty bluish frame needs to see you burning on on a sunny bahamian beach to remind me that there is life outside. o)

Yes there were t-shirts for the first 50 box orders. On that note I was told they would be L, XL and XXL. They turned out to all be one size larger so I upsized everyone by 1 size. I figured better to be a little big than a little small.
