Ratzillas - when/where will they be released?!

OK, so I think that these were released on Saturday at the Casa Montecristo event, right?

So, what I'm trying to figure out is, are they officially released now, or was it only at that event?

If it was only at that event, are the Ratzillas eventually going to be released to the public, or is it going to be like the UF-13, which has also eluded me?

Does anyone know where I can get a fiver of Ratzillas, or even one or two?!

I believe these are limited quantities, though not sure if they'll just be the one time or at various times during the year. I know the only place you could get them thus far was the BOTL HERF. There may be some left (doubt it though), if you contact Casa de Montecristo they may be able to give you more info. You might place an ISO in the Marketplace and see if anyone who was at the HERF wants to part with any.

Regretfully there are no official plans to release the Ratzilla - the same gloriously thick and oily Y2009 crop of T52 Stalk Cut caps that has resulted in the long suffering T52 production delays forced us to completely table the desired release of the Ratzilla. There was a small batch of them made beforehand and it was from that batch that the BOTL event cigars came. The remaining balance will be used at similar events that were long long ago promised to retailers.

Yes it sucks, cause the cigars are great and we want your money... [snicker]

Eventually, if ever we get on an even keel with production, we will release the Ratzilla - fwiw, I expect the next batch of T52 Toros, Robustos and the long missed Dirty Rat to be hitting retailer shelves very soon. :>

Oh man! Seriously bummed out right now. The Dirty Rat overtook the LP9 as what I consider the best Liga Privada offering (and I love the LP9!), and I was so looking forward to a couple Ratzillas. You broke my heart, Steve!

That being said, every time you post that there's a delay, it seems that it's always to maintain the integrity of the Liga Privada brand, and for that we all salute you!

Well, to those who got some, congratulations! For my sake, treasure them! (and for goodness sake, post us a review so we can at least experience it vicariously!)
