Maine smoke shops

Traveling to Maine the first part of August and I am looking for a good shop to visit while I am there. I have been to a couple on my previous trips but most were small with limited selection. I am looking for a shop that sells boutique stuff ie Tat,Liga etc. Thanks for the help.

No Liga to my knowledge but there is a shop in Freeport that has some Tatuaje. They are supposedly the biggest walk in humi in Maine.

Thanks for the response JayD. After a quick google search it looks like you talking about Freeport Trading. It looks like they have a good size humidor no website but it look like its worth checking out.

If it's southern maine you are going to, I would head into the Portsmouth, NH Federal Cigar shop, they carry the boutique stuff you are looking for. If it's farther north in Maine then I would have no clue, sorry.

Freeport is the one. The gf's family has a condo in Old Orchard that we stay in frequently so I am up there a bit. Freeport trading is the only decent humi I have found (although I tend to just bring my own smokes). The last time I was up there I did hear of a new cigar bar opening in Saco.

Yeah i'm definitely gonna bring my own smokes. I am more looking for shops that may have some aged stock or a hidden gem. The shops in my area that carry boutique stuff are fairly new. I found another shop in Bangor that claimed to have the "biggest humidor in Maine" if i'm up that way I may hit them. Hell there isn't shit to do in Maine anyways so I may make a tour of it.

Bangor is a haul. I would be interested to see if you find anything good.

Yeah i'm not gonna make a special trip. We may go to Acadia National Park so i may hit Bangor.

The place is sacco is open and has a decent selection from what I have heard from reps in the area

The gf and I are headed up in a few weeks. May give it a try. I called about Tats and they said they were expecting some in but were a brand new account.
