Tastes like a Liga OR9 with a Flying Pig wrapper! Looks more T52-ish though - the wrapper would be a dead ringer for T52 minus the reddish hue

Smoking a OR9 from my cab now for comparison...maybe the Saka 9 is a tweaked blend? The OR9 is much sweeter, with a wrapper that looks and tastes completely different. Of ourse I could just be on crack...who knows? Point is, that was one damn fine stick!

So the tannins that represent the OR9 so well were completely absent from the Saka 9 - cannot be the same stick. The mystery continues!

Monsterdg sent me a Siglo Limited Reserve Natural VI Tubo in a recent PIF. I've never smoked any of these before & I was pleasantly surprised with how good it is. Dense, full smoke with cedar, leather & a nice smooth, peppery note on the retrohale.
