I am really enjoying the forums and wealth of information. While I’ve only smoked cigars on vacation or during special occasions, I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge.

First thing on my list is to make a tupador, as I don’t expect to stock more than 10 cigs… Exciting!

Welcome, brother. So I think you may wanna go bigger than a tuppy... Have you ever collected anything? Comics? Baseball cards? Bottle caps? This hobby can get just as intense...

The tuppidor might be a little limited, but $10 is much easier to justify to my wife. And leaves a little room in the 'budget' for higher quality sticks.

Speaking from personal experience it can be a VERY slippery slope. I started out with 2 cigars in January and now have a coolerador with more than 400. :grin:

Speaking from experience, this place will fuel an addiction... Enjoy the tuppy and embrace this hobby however best fits you. A few high quality sticks its great, or a few hundred, or thousand... Do what works for your situation!

That said, be prepared for growth...it can happen quite easily if you let it.

Trust me; once you begin enjoying cigars (even more so than you are now), you will need a larger humidor/cooler-dore. The capacity is challenged almost immediately!
