Trades will be a minimum of FIVE cigars, and an absolute maximum of TEN. The trade can also include ONE non-cigar item, up to a maximum value of $20, but it is not mandatory. My idea here is for the entire trade to be able to fit in a small flat rate box to try and keep costs low.

Just requoting this as a reminder to those who are frightened by some of these massive hits. Nothing more than what's above is expected of anyone participating. Have there been bigger hits, sure, but as long as you fall within the guidelines above, you're playing fair in my opinion and nobody who receives your bomb will feel slighted in the least. I'll also say, Speedy is one of the folks who uses my "Quik-Pass" option if you will, and has redirected his end both times he's participated in the thread thus far. He's doling out these massive hits and receiving absolutely nothing in return, sharing the share with another unsuspecting botl.

Yeah, I don't think that us guys w/o a huge supply should feel like that. I think it's more about the spirit behind the trade. I don't have a zillion sticks, but I feel like I have a few that anyone would be happy to receive. I don't feel like I'm slighting anyone by sending 5-10 of those out. I don't think you should either. Just my opinion though.

I do appreciate that some BOTLs are so willing to share what they have in large quantities though. As long as they dont mind us participating I feel like we shouldn't worry about it.

Well said. It has always been about the comraderie, the opportunity to learn and experience new brands, and the excitement of the "unknown", for me. I have yet to be disappointed, and I don't expect to. Jump in with both feet and enjoy the fun! You couldn't find a better group of like-minded people to share with.

Actually, you guys might be more in the "right" by sending 5-10 sticks. I only signed up for this trade 1 time, and never did it again. Went all out for the other guy, and got a couple of angry msg's about me sending to much. The other BOTL was very happy and sent me even more, so it worked out just fine, but there were some who didn't appreciate it.

*shrugs* Send what you want to send, as long as your minimum is within the rules, you haven't a single thing to worry about.
