you are crazy. i would have paid for the freight shipping lol
You know, I was thinking that after the fact but then I wouldn't have had the chance to see it, make sure it was in good shape. The shipping cost on it freight was $275 without crating. Minus my time, total cost for gas/tolls was under $130 and I got a chance to check out leaf and bean! I was actually thinking about going onto Chitown but I decided to get back so I could take care of a couple of things at home. I was home by 2:30 on Tuesday and I left for Mi, on Monday am so I was really only gone for a day and a half. Hey with Nav, Sateliite radio and a bag of smokes, it was a cake drive. G1

Well actually, I do drive a lot. Went up to NY just to see a buddy of mine and to stop in to Tobacco Plaza. Going to make the drive sometime before the summer's over up to Oswego (my ol undergrad alma mater) which'll be a good 8 hour drive. Its I guess a double edged sword where I work all weekend so I don't get a chance to do a lot of herf's/meets that fall on a weekend. Good thing is when I do hit the road, its during the week so traffics usually lighter and with the internet now, I make sure that weather's going to be good and no major construction going on my routes. Our new vehicle got 31MPG this past trip so it helps tremendously with gas. As long as the weathers nice, I love seeing the sites when hitting the road, plus there's a Starbucks at every turn lol. G1
