As I'm under the impression that most cigars will never exhibit plume, what are some cigars that you know that do develop plume over time?

Anejos, dc Maximus are two ive seen on more then one occasion. The dc Maximus after just 4 or so years. But to me it's always a "bloom" (slightly dust all over/very fine dust) more then a heavy plume.
Edit: older DPG Blue labels as well.

I would say I don't know. As a ton of his tobacco was from a different supplier in the early 2ks. (Ed Fernandez of Tabacalera Tropical) I guess time will tell on the new stock of DPGs. Btw don't get me started on that magical tobacco from tropical in the mid 2ks. Simply unbeatable/magical.

I've had plume develop on different lines of cigars and some will do it and others won't. In the same humidor at the same RH with the same age....some get it and most won't..it's a question for the day.

The most plume I ever saw was on a box of Padron 64 Maduros at a local B&M. Completely covered and for sure plume, not mold.

Lol, now I'm sad I wasn't (heavily) smoking during that period. I love the DPG stuff now, if it was magical 6-8 years ago I must have really missed out.

So if they all can plume, but most don't, why is that?

Not being argumentative, just trying to learn something.
