Hi, I have arrived here in search of other members from CA to see what was going on. I have since found out what the go was (hopefully Cameron joins and he can explain) but I have joined here as well. I am relatively new to smoking real cigars and up to 3 month back was just buying machinemades at the bottleshop. Still working on my flavour palate so bear with me. Cheers, Josh

Hi Slim - glad you found us all buddy. The story is long winded in full explanation, and Cameron is the best person to explain it all. He's informed most of us for the reasons behind the cause, lets just say that most of us aren't really happy about the way things panned out. So we've set up stumps here - it looks like a great place, an international way to get more knowledge and conversation from around the world. Enjoy the ride and have a good look around as well, there's heaps to do here !

Thanks for the warm welcome from our new american friends and hello to my fellow aussies (that you with the charizard AlexG?). Siren, I contacted Cameron yesterday via his Facebook page and found out what the go was. I suggested to him to join up here (which he did) and let everyone who was know as well. A bottleshop is a poor place to buy cigars from, while the range of alcohol is usually pretty good the stogies are just on a shelf. Not even humidified, they are dry and taste like crap. I was smoking those nasty things for ages before I found some handmades.

I used to live 5 minutes from there, now about 10 minutes away. There are a few famous/notable wineries in this region, Lillypilly, Toorak, Casellas (famous for yellowtail range), Warburn Estate and Debortli (few more can't remember at the moment).
