Stopped in at my local shop and saw one bottle left. I bought because I have never been disappointed by any I their other selections, but still I ask... Has any had this, and what is it like?

Mark,

You are in luck! The Thomas H Handy is one of my favorites from the BTAC! How much did you buy a bottle for? Check out this review below:

I've been thru a few fingers of a 2011bottle that was gifted to me. The weird thing is I can drink Stagg neat everyday but this Rye requires some branch water before allowing me to truly enjoy it. It is very good with cinnamon spices thru those nose and almost floral like. Very sweet as well. Sweetness on the back of the tounge with almost that red hots taste of sugary cinnamon and baking spices. Not as much caramel as my Stagg and maybe that's why I prefer Stagg more? Still a very good Wiskey. Can't figure out why I don't enjoy it neat though?

Yeah, I can drink the Stagg neat too and it surprises me how smooth a strong drink like that can be. Saw a bottle of the Handy Sazerac Rye this week, but passed because I haven't had it before. I just didn't want to spend that much on a drink I haven't tried yet- did that before and learned my lesson.

I can't remember which sazerac it was, either the Thomas Handy or the regular BTAC Sazerac, but I saw a few bottles at a liquor store I go to about every 2-4 weeks. Is anyone looking for these?
