Edit: I placed my order at 7:29 a.m. and I got an email from Michael at CigarBox at 7:33 a.m. with a thank you note telling me my cigars would ship this morning. Lol. Cigar retailers are the best - bar none

FYI: I called these folks so that I could take advantage of the Amex small business Saturday deal. This is where you register your amex at

and so long as you make an in-store purchase of $25 or more at a qualifying small business, Amex will give you a $25 credit on your card. So as long as you call them so they can run it in-store, you're good. Add to this the 25% discount, and I got a box of LP 9 toros for $7.55 a piece.

Actually, if you do the math, the 12 pack comes out cheaper once you subtract the 25% and then the $25. So go with a twelve pack, or two.

I grabbed a 100 ct. box of these 601 Red Label Habano Guapito's (4 x 32) that are on sale for a great price (MSRP is $348) for a quick little winter smoke.

After adding a small item to my cart to make my order over $150, I was able to use their "20% off any order over $150" coupon too. Tough to beat at around $1.12/stick. Only good through 11/29.

All I can find is that they are "Short Run Vintage", I can find em at a few other sites and the suggested MSRP is about the same. Supposedly they were gonna be Ernesto's core line but were a bit too potent and have spent a year or two aging and are now being released as a short run. *shrug* Probably worth a shot at 35 bucks for 10. Haven't had an EPC product fail me yet. And yes, the 2012 NWC Short Runs are a connecticut wrapper with maduro binder. These look more in line with the 2011 short runs.
