What are your opinions on these 2 whiskeys? They are both made by Buffalo Trace and are both a similar mash bill but the Elmer T Lee is 90 proof and the Rock Hill Farms is 100 proof. Does anyone like either one?

I have had Elmer T Lee and i think it is a extremely good pour for the $$. I have not had Rock Hill Farms though and wanted to hear some thoughts on it (good/bad).

These are two of my favorites. Overall I enjoy them about the same but Elmer is a better value because it's less expensive. Rock Hill is very fruity, I get a lot of black cherry and apple from it. And it's not overpowering, but definitely has a bit more bite due to the higher alcohol content.

Both bottles are worth the $ and then some.

I may have to pick up Rock Hill Farms. Locally you can get a bottle of Elmer T Lee for $28 and Rock Hill Farms for $40. I wondered if the Rock Hill Farms price was justifiable; sounds like it is....
