For Christmas Santa brought me a iPad mini (my first iPad) and I quickly purchased tapatalk (first time user) and, well, life is great.

The mini with tapa makes it so damn easy to navigate and be involved. Before I used my iPhone, mainly, to keep up with what's going on but would jump on the laptop to post etc. Also, before I would take a picture with our camera, remove sd card and put it in the laptop to upload pictures. Now it's all so freakin fluid.

Tapatalk rocks.

How do you like the mini?
I was thinking of getting one.
Tapatalk is great except they only allow you to upload 30 pictures, after that I believe you can buy more, or what I've been doing is uploading them to photobucket and attaching them with an image code.

Are you sure? I've uploaded well over 30 pics using tapatalk on my iPad and never been asked or prompted to buy more. I do have the HD version though if that makes a difference.

It's a buck 99 to make it unlimited; the difference is big pictures and little pictures. Had the same thing happen to me in June, worth it to upgrade

Mine did that too but I bought the $1.99 upgrade an it lets you upload unlimited images

For you guys that have never seen it, I think it only happens when you upload an image and have it hosted by Tapatalk instead of this forum.

I knew that you could purchase more uploads but I read somewhere that the expansion pack was also limited to X amount of uploads, based on what you guys are reporting they must have made it unlimited.

that is the way i roll. if it can make my shakey hands take decent pictures, it is worth it! o)

Since I have been using tapatalk and uploading pictures I have yet to see any count down of how many photos I can upload? Let hope it stays that way.

Also, the ipad mini is great. I'm sure I would have been just as happy with a nexus 7 which I was very close in buying, especially the pricepoint was much better.

I have a Nexus 7 and absolutely love it. Nothing against Apple in particular, but don't give me old tech in a smaller size and call it new. Especially if the price point is more than $100 from the very good competition. They might have sold me on the mini if it was a bit cheaper.

Anyway, back to the topic. I got Tapatalk HD and it rocks for forum stuff and has brought me back in better than my blackberry with tapatalk does.
