Got an order that said "Processed through Customs" in NYC on Feb. 13th. Is it normal for shipping not to update for 10 days after that? PM if you have any info. Or drop a line and I will pm you.

Yes. You are fine. It will show up on your doorstep one day and will probably have like 3 notifications randomly show up at the same time.

Just means that it's sitting at customs. You're more than likely fine. Like others have said, if it doesn't move at all by the end of this coming week, I'd start to get slightly concerned.

LOL, make that 4 of us. I have had a package that cleared NY on the 15th of this month and have heard nothing since. So I'm in the same boat.

just relax. i've had a package sit in customs for 30 days, ask for a replacement package from the vendor then have both of them show up at my door on the same day. just be very patient. if your vendor guarantees delivery you are fine.

So that's actually really interesting, that there are 5 of us all waiting on packages being held up in NY. Wouldn't suprise me if they were all from the same vendor.

I had a package that was stuck for about a week (since the 16th) but it just moved yesterday. I think you guys will be fine. I agree if it takes much longer (maybe another 5-7 days though) then i would be worried

I'm not worried, just found it ironic we all have the same date considering I've had others released before and after that date...

Every single shipment I've ever received has said it was still in customs when it was delivered, every one. It's as if when it hits our shores then the tracking ceases to be updated on my end.
