So is it just me, or do some of these new brands being made for CI and Famous have a cartoon-like look to their labels?

Here are a couple I am thinking about:

I am sure there are others I am missing...

Regardless, do you think this can be construed as "marketing to kids" by those who are trying to regulate premium cigars?

You can never tell. If Joe Camel could fall, along with the Bud Ice Penguin and Budweiser Frogs anything is possible. If the price point is low enough and/or they are flavor infused they may try to regulate them, but banding is an easy enough change. If only it were that simple.

The Oliva-CI bands look very "Ghurkaish" to me...

Iron Horse on the other hand does look pretty cartoon/kidish...

Im pretty sure that wasnt the intent..

but you make a good point about how someone could try to target them for it..

God, you should see the dog cigars I bought from cigarbid for my gf's mooching friends. Cartoon bands from hell, naked women, cowboys, rainbows and more. But for 60 cents a stick it worked for its cause....
