Mold or Plume?

So I dipped into my stash at lunch today, one of the benefits of working from home when I’m not traveling.

First thing that struck me was the smell; not bad actually, kind of sweet, but definitely out of the ordinary. I take out a couple of beauties and wouldn't you know it, looks like mold to me, but I’m no expert.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, can I just brush it off or are these two goners?
