Hey guys (and hello again to some of you!). Greetings from the area of Colorado Springs, CO.

I posted pretty heavily about two years ago, and then work sort of took over and my for-fun internet time kind of ground to a halt. I've decided to take some of it back.

For those of you that remember, I'm up to three shops now, including one at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. Life is hectic but good! If anyone's in the area and looking to go fly fishing, hit me up!

As for cigars, I'm a big fan of 5 Vegas Series A's and Classics for daily smokers, enjoy Tats and some of the Casa Magna lines when I'm splurging. Now and then I'll go to the little humi for a coffee-infused cigar for dessert. Yeah, I'm a part-time heathen.:help:

Was wearing my hat from your shop and thinking about you just the other day. Love the Broadmoor. Nice connection. I keep hoping to get back up there with my son. Maybe this year. Welcome back.

Good to see you, CWS, and good to hear! :) Yeah, it should be a great connection. From a retail standpoint they've given us a broom closet. It's tough because I've tried to explain that their guests will be much more aware of the amenity if we have a real retail space, and they don't care about the fact that with such a space we could do a ton of retail business (I have brands out there that would sell to all their guests, like gangbusters, that they do not have anything to approximate) ...

But, the guiding business alone is enough to more than make it worthwhile.

Good to see you're still around and doing well!

This is your retail customer. These are folks that will drop a couple thou on a rod just to use for the weekend. Sounds great. Good on you.
