@DStan Trust me, you wouldn't be on a shit list for that. JD and the crew at Drew Estate take constructive criticism very well. It's what makes them a better business. I am guessing that was a honest mistake as well or they just thought it would be okay. I do agree with you though. I prefer those other sizes. I think things just get insanely super busy and mistakes happen sometimes.

Hoshy, I am not stressing about it at all just sharing my story, I am going to a JD DE event on the 18th and 31st this month still have great respect for all those guys especially JD and Jessi Flores it is a great community we have in cigars. If I am on a shitlist or not no worries glad I could help them fix the cracking issues for HE, and I know John Brooke is extremely swamped down there and he said he just shipped what he had in the warehouse and didn't think anything of the vitola so yea they probably need 10 of that guy with all the shit he does. If everyone in the world smoked cigars there might be less crazy and politics, maybe more scary hairy nipples who knows??? Btw have fun at CATSfest I am unable to attend that one lots of great people in that group also!

Update: still haven't heard back from DE customer service, which is very strange, they've always been awesome in the past. Their website was down that day, so maybe they never got my message...

You might have better luck sending Johnny Brooke a pm on one of the forums (Drew Estate account). I've never done it, but it might send him an email directly notifying him.
