Howdy One & All,
I just learned of this place recently and figured I better join the fun. I have been on (and off at times) cigarweekly's forums since the early 2000's been on & off other forums also. Been a cigar smoker over 25yrs (started at 16yrs old) and worked as a tobacconist at a few shops though now I am an ICU RN.
Smoke mainly habanos with Padron's smaller size regular production being the only NC boxes in my winecoolers. Just a taste preference really more than a snob thing. I do like some of the regular Fuente line, some of the regular Partagas (US version) and a few other US sticks...but once I have to pay more than $6 in a brick & mortar shop then it must makes sense to go with a great petite corona habano.
I live in Phoenix and am always happy to meet up, but since I work 11a-11p it makes it tough. Some Friday's and most weekends are good. As to a weekday it just depends on my schedule. Of course 3 on & 4 off is the best part Not to mention plenty of overtime to pay for cigars!
For me a the smaller cigars are where it is at, anything 38 ring gauge to 46 and from 4" on up...just can't get into all the tree limb size cigars that seem popular these days.
Glad to be here and looking to enjoy the place.
