I think the pigs are worth it for sure. But they were actually listed at a cheap price. Hence the sell out.

To me the Rats are worth it. Especially at that price.

At that price, they're both worth it. I got two boxes of Rats and if I didn't have three boxes of FFPs, I would have gotten one of those. I've seen both go for 180+ and even 200. Secondary market especially. Might not be worth it to some, but not bad for me.
