So I'm finally gonna smoke 1 of these uf 13s ...for those on line right now do I run it with bourbon ipa or stout

I vote stout! I always reach for a stout with my gar.
IPA, west coast preferably.

The best pairing would be a French Press of a fresh, dark roasted coffee from Sumatra. 
Stout it is had a 120 on tap ... Next time

Haven't had the uf13 but I have been loving stout with my smokes lately. What is the bourbon stout your drinking mista?

There's apparently politics behind it because I frequent 3 liquors stores and 1 gets cases of it and it seems no one knew about it because it sat and I bought two cases my self. The other store who does carry goose island products says he KNOWS they won't get any BCBS because of their market. So come November of you don't see any in your area let me know.

I'm gonna try that one day but I pick up flavors marrying better than I can the flavors of a single item. That's why you will probably never see a review from me....thoroughly enjoying this combo so far

If you don't mind me asking what was your opinion of the UF-13? Sorry to hijack the thread from the original topic I just wanted somebody else's opinion.
LOL I dont care about thread jacking plus its relative ...its all good. To me "do u ride motorcycles" would be jacking. We are all here to commune and discuss smokes. It's very good very tasty as I said went well with the big John and has the legs for a high proofed bourbon. No burn issues and none of the funkyness people complained about I'm assuming because I waited about a month on smoking it. Yea I can think of others at this price point and below that are just as good. It seems that Lp, De and Unico are also a frat that goes along with the experience and that plays a big part in many people's feelings about the UF and other unicos. But the bottom line is there's nothing wrong with that. I'd keep a box on hand but wouldn't die without it.
I asked because I agree with a lot of what you said. I have had 2 and they were both full of muddled flavors and had a lack of anything that makes a cigar go from decent to great IMO. I had a couple of puffs from the cigar.com release and found it to be superior in every way. So I'm going to let the rest of what I have take a nap for at least 6 months and see how they are when I go back to them then. Not that anything was particularly bad about them...but there was nothing that makes me think these were worth the hype or the chase to get them as of yet, either. I have a feeling though that when these get some age on them that they might be one of the better DE products released so I've just got to be able to play the waiting game.
