Hey guys,

I am in the process of seasoning my wineador (I'll post pics when all done) and I was wondering if anyone has come up with any "cool" Humidity bead holders. I did a search on here and saw something a year back that was about "functional holders". I have noticed that there are some pretty creative people on here and was wondering what kind of things people used to hold their beads? Old cigar tubes? Candy tins?
I know all I need it a plastic tupperware but I figured why not make it look interesting. Plus, it will give me something to do with all my free time. Still laid up from a surgery a couple weeks ago.

Thanks in advance guys. Please post pics too if you can.

Coffins was the approach I took.. I just leave the lids cracked.. Or the slid tops open a little bit so that air can flow around the media...

Works great for me....

I was thinking of taking an old cigar box and drillng small holes in the lid.
Haven't gotten around to it though.

I do however like the coffin idea... now I just need to get some smokes that come in a coffin

I'm loving the coffin idea... If anyone by chance has an extra 1 or 2 laying around I would gladly pay a few bucks plus the shipping. Feel free to shoot me a DM.

Thanks guys

It is this exact quote that scares me! Lol. I have read through a lot of old posts and find that a lot of the times when a newbie post a question about anything he/she ends up getting a package a week later with a crazy amount of things in said box. Hahaha right now my Humi is full but of nothing worth a damn. Nothing I would want to send to anyone. Lol.

If putting the beads in a box or coffin do I need to line it with plastic? Will the moisture directly against the wood do anything? Or is it ok to just have the beads in the box?

I use Kitty Litter but it is the same principle as beads.

I have mine in plastic electrical outlet boxes.
