some kind of diesel CT shade perfecto, damn decent while i had my coffee and prepped the lawn gear, with thanks:

... and a new camacho criollo while cutting:

blend is decent if i distinct, which may well be a factor of the RH, but i hate hate HATE the band. smokable, and i'm going to revisit it, but i don't see this being the triumphant return of camacho.

First DE BotL 2012--Thanks to Ryan...magnificent smoke, knocked my socks off, wonderfully powerful flavors.
Looking forward to the new size--if I'm fortunate enough to snag one. :roundtheh

finishing up the lawn with my other "new" camacho:

still decent, still not wowing me. FWIW the burn and flavor o. the corojo was much better, which is to be hoped for with camacho.

Getting to the end and it is great. Traded a Bashert Pig that I got from the Marvin Samel event last month for it. Both are very good. I would love to get more of both but Marvin said that the Bashert would never be released, it was blended for his wedding. Who knows if they will do another release of the Velvet Rat.

LADC EE Lance from good ol W.B.. He's been my go to all weekend, by the looks of it. I think I'm having a n00b retrohale aha moment here. Might have to seek more of these puppies out.

Thanks again Warren...
I really like those too. They don't seem to get much love for some reason though.

Not sure why... I'm in heaven with this thing. It's soooo creamy good. And then earthy. And then back to creamy.... The wrapper was starting to yellow, so I'm guessing it was aged a bit.
Are they only available in the 10 sampler with the San Cristobal lance? That's where I got mine outa.
Hey, if anyone is looking to part with these, I'm game!
