BoM January 2010
I'm moving back to the States in 5 weeks, so I'm drinking down my liquor cabinet. I grabbed a couple mini Baileys bottles that were in a drawer (no idea where I got them) and brought them out to my smoking table, since my big bottle was just emptied yesterday.
Well, I THANK GOD that I looked into the bottle before I poured it into my precious coffee, because that Bailey's had gone bad! It was one huge chunk of Baileiness ... seriously ... I'm going to spare you a pic, since if you puked on your computer you might send me the bill, lol.
Interestingly, it didn't smell too much different than normal, a little stronger and sweeter, but not "rotten." I figured that cream liquors could go bad, but I've just never heard of it actually happening.
Anyway, just an FYI to all of you who like a bit of any kind of cream in your coffee, even the liquored kind ... always double-check before you dump your cream on anything!
